This piece is made from rich, figured Canarywood — known for its natural gold and copper tones and that flowing grain pattern you can see from across a room. It’s a compact board with a ton of character, perfect for daily prep, charcuterie, or display.

Each board gets the same finishing process as my larger pieces: sanded through successive grits, conditioned by hand, and treated with food-safe oil and wax for a smooth, durable surface.

This isn’t factory-flat or mass-made. You’re holding something that was shaped, sanded, and finished by a real human at the lathe and bench. When you put it on your counter, it feels like it belongs there.

WHY THIS PIECE
